About Arlene

Arlene, a licensed and Board Certified Electrologist, serving the Prospect area, has over 30 years of experience. Her Prospect, CT office is centrally located, minutes from Greater New Haven and Waterbury.
Arlene holds both a nursing license and electrologist license with the Connecticut Department of Public Health. Currently she is a member of the Connecticut State Electrology Association, the American Electrolysis Association and also the Connecticut Department of Public Health Board of Examiners of Electrolysis. She is Board Certified by the International Board of Electrologists and attends continuing education seminars above and beyond what is minimally required by law.

During your first appointment you can expect an in depth consutlation where your medical history will not only be reviewed but Arlene will also be evaluating the source of your unwanted hair. Once determined whether it is a medical problem or cosmetic concern, an individual treatment plan will be set up for you. After all your questions have been answered, a short demonstration will be performed so you will have a better understanding of the actual treatment and how your skin will respond to it.

Arlene is the proud recipient of The Connecticut Secretary of State Public Service Award. Her ability to combine her expertise of both nursing and electrology in a professoinal way has earned her success and recognition in the field of electrology.
